The average January high temperature in its northernmost city, Jacksonville, is 64; in Miami the average Jan. high is 76. The sun shines most days so outdoor activities are a pleasure. This new community in Boynton Beach features a massive 31,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with multiple pools, specialty rooms, tennis and more. Homes have luxury touches like granite countertops.
