    Turning 65 can be traumatic, but going on Medicare - how did that ever happen! There is good news though - Medicare is a heck of a benefit. It is a little complicated, but you'll be a lot better informed once you've read our Medicare 101 article.     Out between South Dakota's Black Hills and Yellowstone National Park is the western town of Sheridan.  The downtown evokes the old west with its shops, hotels, bars, and over 30 historic structures. Wyoming is one of the few states with no income tax.
