Treat Others the Way You Want to Be Treated

Read your message before you submit it to make sure you’re polite, considerate, and kind. Don’t generalize about people or groups of people or call people names.  If your post is not civil, we will delete or edit your post. The Topretirements.com community is a chance to connect with other people and to share important experiences. Political rants and posts with unsubstantiated or wild claims will be deleted or edited. Always remember to be respectful and sensitive to other community members.

If you are or were associated with the retirement industry, please read this thoroughly. You are invited to write or edit reviews of your community or development with as many facts as you care to provide.

• Please refrain from superlatives and marketing copy – our readers don’t want to read that.
• No phone numbers or website addresses are permitted in reviews or forum posts – they will be removed immediately and could cause you and/or your community to be banned.
• Do not try to spam us with posts or reviews, you will be banned
