Monroe Township is an area in central NJ's Middlesex County with several small towns including Clearbrook Park, Monroe, Yorketown, Englishtown, Helmetta, and Jamesburg. Where to Retire in Monroe township and Home Prices
Monroe Township has one of the greatest concentrations of active adult communities in the country. Many of these are clustered near the NJ Turnpike. We know of at least 10 such communities, along with developments aimed at all age groups. (See link for several Monroe Active Communities at top left). Others include Concordia, Encore, Greenbriar, Stonebridge, Renaissance at Monroe, and Waterside Mature Apartments.
