Ferran Park is located on the shores of Lake Eustis and features walking paths, an aquatic center, and The Alice McClelland Memorial bandshell which hosts a variety of entertainment and is listed n the National Register of Historic Places; a popular annual event is GeorgeFest, George Washington's Birthday celebration held each February since 1902, and includes a parade, arts and crafts, and a sailing regatta; the town's merchants hosts street parties once a month with music and dancing; The Eustis Art League and those of neighboring towns sponsor shows, and the Bay Street Players stage several live productions each year; The Clifford house, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was once the cultural center of Eustis and today is home to the Eustis Historical Museum and Preservation Society.
