Overview

Oyhut Bay is a brand new, planned seaside village in Ocean Shores, Washington, which sits on Point Brown Peninsula, bordered by the Pacific Ocean and Grays Harbor. The 43 acre project will be built in phases and will include seaside cottages, single family homes, and condos, along with shops, shared open spaces, walking paths throughout the community, preserved wetlands, and views of the Oyhut wildlife preserve.
