Overview

Chickahominy Falls is a new community in Glen Allen, Virginia, that offers a unique community carved out on existing farmland that includes a Farm House, farmer’s market, and a professionally managed farm. The Greater Richmond’s first 55+ agri-community allows you to harvest fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables  Trails wind throughout the community along the Chickahominy River, with amenities that include a swimming pool, fire pit, and fishing pond.  The community was recognized as Virginia’s Community of the year in 2020, and was the 2022 Silver Award winner for Community of the year by the NAHB.
