New Territory is a large master-planned community of 4,604 homes on 3,200 acres, located in Sugar Land, Texas. The community boasts 450 acres of parks, greenbelts and lakes, with 42 neighborhoods and approximately 17,000 residents.  Amenities include a clubhouse with recreational programs, outdoor swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, and a a sports complex with athletic fields.
