The Enclave at Westpointe Village is New Braunfels' newest active adult and retirement community. Lot reservations are being accepted as of May, 2011. Designed as an active adult community, The Enclave at Westpointe Village will exclusively cater to 55+ residents. The community will feature 135 minimum-maintenance homesites, custom homes designed for active adults and priced from the $240's. Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes will offer custom designed floor plans at Westpointe which range between 1427 to 2557 square feet. The 3489 sq.ft. clubhouse will feature a workout facility, catering kitchen, outdoor recreational swimming pool and more.
