Overview

Frieden is new modern-farmhouse neighborhood located in Fredericksburg, Texas, a small town with a rich German-American heritage. Built on what was once a peach orchard, it will feature pocket parks with 40% of the land remaining as green space. The development, whose name means “peace” in German, is a Southern Living Inspired Community on 220-acres and just two miles southeast of Fredericksburg.  Frieden was designed from the beginning with Nature in mind and the creation of community for our residents.
