It’s a huge scam! They have gone through bankruptcy and changed hands. They only allow one select Builder even though their original contract said you could pick from three. They have gone up on dues and fees outrageously. People are scrambling to get out of there because of all that the owners and Joel have done to it. It’s almost a huge Ponzi scheme! Run away from this place as fast as you can!
Not to mention the $30,000 I just lost since they shut down the Sundance club on the original buyers. All fees are lost! Unbelievable!
I am a real person, and have property out there. I am suffering through this. Please don’t let this place. Be your misery!
