Overview

Big South Fork Airpark in Oneida, Tennessee, north of Knoxville, is a residential fly-in community that allows residents the opportunity to live with their plane and a 5,500 foot paved runway right outside their door. The airpark is also an equestrian community situated on 400 acres and offers riding opportunities with an extensive network of trails in the area. Homesites are made up of 1 to 3 acres with all under ground utilities, including fiber optic cable, high speed internet, and natural gas. The community also borders the 125,000-acre Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area.
