Vandalia Cottages are located in a National Register Historic District in Franklin, Tennessee. The small pocket neighborhood offers old-house charm, manicured gardens and yard maintenance, all within a short walk of downtown Franklin. Four different cottage designs range from 1,240 sq. ft. to 1,805 sq. ft. and surround the central courtyards. The Cottages are about wide front porches that face each other around a common green. Other amenities include an outdoor fire feature in the common area and a community vegetable garden.
