Uplands Retirement Village is a continuum of care retirement community (CCRC) located in Pleasant Hill, Tennessee.  Situated on over 500 acres, Uplands Retirement Village offers independent living in private homes and condos as well as assisted living and intermediate nursing long-term care.  We believe in lifelong learning and spend our time advocating for social justice, environmental stewardship, purposeful living, and creating a world of peace. As a Life Plan Community, we provide a full continuum of healthcare services to meet each person’s needs during their retirement years. Crossville is about 10 miles away with shopping and comprehensive medical facilities.
