Strasburgis a town in southeastern Pennsylvania south of Lebanon. It was originally on the old Conestoga Road. It is often called "Train Town USA" because of the many railroad attractions in and around town, which include the Strasburg Rail Road and the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania.  Located in Lancaster County and in Pennsylvania Dutch Country, much of the borough is listed as a historic district by the National Register of Historic Places.  The population of Strasburg was 2,872 in 2014. Strasburg is a small town in southeastern Pennsylvania surrounded by farmlands and in Amish country.  It is a historical town with many landmarks and a Heritage Society. There is a train museum, and a train ride that takes you through the countryside. The town also hosts festivals and events especially during the Christmas season.  And a town with its own creamery and ice cream shoppe may be a great place to retire.
