Buck Hill Falls originally was a retreat for Quaker families from Philadelphia, lots of stone, “huge cottages”, and shabby gentility. I believe it’s 2700 acres, most wooded and undeveloped with lots of amenities, cultural activities and a 27 hole golf course. Houses are cheap to reasonable, but only because the HOA is $1800 a month plus regime fees for condos. Plus don’t forget PA property tax.
