Overview

Emerald Coast Estates is a 55+ retirement community located on the Brookings-Harbor in Brookings, Oregon. Our gated community features an upscale clubhouse/community center with heated indoor pool, gym, pool table, cards, movies, a kitchen for banquets, barbecues, and get togethers. The grounds are  maintained.  Mountain and ocean views can be seen from almost everywhere in the community. We have RV storage with electric hook-ups. There are sidewalks throughout the community.
