Seldom Seen Acres is an all-ages community located in Powell, Ohio, and formerly known as The Courtyards at Seldom Seen.  The community is made up of single-family and attached homes that feature first-floor master suites.  Amenities include a clubhouse with exercise room and multi-purpose room, an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue grill, and walking and biking trails. The 132 homes that make up the community are resales only and are priced from the $200's.
