Sandpiper Bay is located in Sunset Beach about one mile from the coastline in North Carolina. Sunset Beach is the smallest and quietest of three barrier islands which together make up the South Brunswick Islands. The community is adjacent to the Dan Maples designed Sandpiper Bay Golf Course, our community is one of the most active communities in our surrounding area.
