Knollwood Village in Pinehurst-Southern Pines, is a well established golf community. Knollwood Village is a mix of single level condominiums and first floor level townhomes. Units range in size from about 550 square feet for the one-bedroom condos to around 1,900 square feet for the three-bedroom/two-bath split plan condos.
