Legacy at Mills River combines home ownership with a continuing care retirement community near Henderson. This neighborhood will feature single-family, two-family village homes and deluxe manor homes in multi-story buildings, inspired by the Arts & Crafts style. Unlike other senior living models, our Guild functions as a homeowner's association in charge of decisions affecting community life. For long-term needs Legacy at Mills River will have 17 private assisted living suites; and 80 private rooms for dignified nursing care.
