Overview

Braewood is a new residential community nestled in the heart of the historic Village of Flat Rock, in Western North Carolina. Set on approximately 88 acres, the Master Plan envisions 121 single-family residences, with approximately 50% of the property set aside in quality common open space. There are 2 planned phases. Forest Park, our first release, contains 31 lots nestled into the most heavily wooded and attractive areas of the property. Phase II is conceived as a neo-traditional development. Braewood was never developed.
