Overview

Sisters Cove is a new, all-waterfront community on Lake Norman in Mooresville, North Carolina. Lake living is offered in two neighborhoods: the Overlook, which sits on a peninsula, features a lakeside walking path, fire pit, and a community dock; the Estates Row Neighborhood includes homes with their own for private docks. Houses in Sisters Cove are priced from the low $700's. The community was a 2018 winner in the National Association of Home Builders for Best Detached Homes over 2,400 square feet.
