Overview

Creston is a gated mountain community offering large private homesites in Black Mountain, North Carolina. The 1,100 acre low-density community features  135 hideaway homesites.  Amenities include a Community Center located at 3100 feet with  mountain views and  designed for socialization with a library nook, indoor and outdoor stone fireplaces, wrap-around porches and a service kitchen.  The Gazebo is a neighborhood gathering spot, and the Triple Falls Sanctuary is considered to be the community’s secret garden offering a 350 acre conservation area. The town of Black Mountain is approximately 8 miles north of Creston, with Asheville just 16 miles west.
