Overview

Sand River in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a group of independent folks  55+ who want to stay independent and age with grace and dignity. We believe that living in an intentional community will help make this possible and that service to the broader community is a path to graceful aging and wisdom. Sand river is close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping areas, as well as Genoveva Chavez Community Center that offers an array of fitness classes, gymnasium and indoor track, and aquatics center. Homes range from 970 -1,242 square feet.
