Overview

Cable Mills is a new all-ages community that features  3 historic mill buildings on a 9-acre site in Williamstown. Transformed from what was once a former Civil War era factory that made wire and cable, is now a quintessential New England community. Cable Mills is made up of 61 unique flats, townhomes and lofts. The walkable and bikeable neighborhood  sits along the Green River with a pathway and views of the Berkshire Mountains. Amenities include an outdoor living room, the Commons Lounge, and a fitness center. The all-ages  community is also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Williams College.
