Looks like you are interested in the right place, particularly for crappie fishing. The Land Between the Lakes is a huge complex, and Kentucky and Barkley Lakes, connected by a free-flowing canal, form one of the largest man-made bodies of water in North America. Perhaps someone who knows the area better can weigh in as well.
