Opening in the spring of 2020, Graceview Courtyard will offer affordable, 55 plus retirement living in the heart of Council Bluffs. With large windows full of beautiful views of area's iconic rolling scenery, it also offers onsite amenities and conveniences such as a wellness room, community room, art studio and a salon. Graceview is an Immanuel classic courtyard community with 28 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom apartments in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, available for older adults age 55 years and older who meet annual income requirements.  The community is close to retail shopping, grocery stores and dining.
