Stephens Point is a new, active adult, gated community of single-story homes located in Gainesville, Georgia. The community is made up of 170 homesites and a 14-slip boat dock, with access to Lake Lanier. Other amenities offered are pickle ball courts, an outdoor swimming pool, and a clubhouse. The low-maintenance homes include landscaping. The community is close to shops, area parks and the many outdoor recreational opportunities at Lake Lanier.
