Riverwood Plantation is nestled on 3,800 acres along the Savannah River in Augusta, Georgia. This community has a clubhouse, large pool, barn pavilion, fishing,and nature trails. Within the Plantation is Amberly, an age-targeted neighborhood features easy-living townhomes. Amenities include an exclusive Clubhouse with swimming pool, fitness center, kitchen, meeting room, and library.
Key to the community is its many neighborhoods and exciting town center. Champions Retreat Golf Club (27 holes and selected as 4th “Best Private New Golf Course in America”) is not included but available by invitation.
