Orlando Lakefront at College Park is a tiny home lakefront community that features 50 spaces for lease in the shade, in the sun, and some just steps from Lake Fairview. Amenities include a boat dock,  fishing docks, a laundromat, a community garden, and a green park.  Residents enjoy the neighborhood of College Park’s restaurants, shopping and entertainment, and the community is only seven minutes from the heart of downtown Orlando, and 20 minutes from all the attractions and theme parks. Orlando Lakefront is also a pet friendly community, and offers tiny home vacation rentals.
