Designed exclusively for people aged 65 and over, Gittisham Hill Park is set within its own 12 acre parkland in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated close to Honiton in rural Devon, the village is already a thriving community with 22 independent living bungalows and a 30-bed registered care home, converted from a country house.
The 10 new one-bedroom bungalows have also been designed in keeping with the current homes on the site. Two terraces of three bungalows and one of four are set in a crescent around the centrepiece sensory garden.
