Median home prices here are lower than what you would find in U.S. We were able to search on the Internet and find one American style home that appeared quite nice in the high $100s.
What Is Special about San buenaventura
It is very near the coast and considerable infrastructure is being built here to support an influx of North American retirees. Costa Rica is relatively unspoiled, has a solid economy, and its government is extremely stable and progressive.
