Fair Oaks EcoHousing is a multi-generational, earth-friendly cohousing community with a strong green focus located in Fair Oaks, California. The pedestrian-friendly village will include energy efficient homes including flats and townhomes, organic gardens, open spaces, a swimming pool and a large, centrally located Common House with meeting room/dining room, kitchen, yoga/music room and guest rooms.  Fair Oaks has a lively arts scene, including the annual Fair Oaks Theatre Festival along with other events.
