Peacock Hills is a senior community in Oceanside, CA for residents who are 55+ years young. The community is well-established and run by its Home Owners Association. The homes were originally built by Ramos Jensen Company as an adult retirement community in the late 1970's. There is a limit of no more than three persons per unit. One person must be 45 years of age and no household member may be under 18 years of age. Homes tend to sell from mid $100's to low $200's.
