Overview

Ground has been broken for Romano Park Senior Apartments in Long Beach California. Affordable housing specialist Palm Communities and Western Community Housing will build a 61-unit apartment complex for residents aged 55 and over, with low or moderate incomes. One and two-bedrooms will be offered, along with amenities which include a central courtyard, pool, spa, picnic area, fitness center, community rooms and recreation rooms. The building will comply with Long Beach green building standards and is slated for completion in the spring of 2014.
