Overview

Amador County's first gated community of quality built homes for 55 and older residents. The project will consist of 127 quality built homes, a recreation center and pool. The first of four phases is now under construction with 25 homes ranging from 1822 sq.ft. to 2596 sq.ft., plus an oversized two-car garage (optional three-car garage available on select lots in Phase 2). We have 9 different floor plans throughout the project, so chances are there is something that will suit you. Models open 10am-3pm on Saturdays & Sundays or call for an appointment.
