Orchard Ranch Senior Resort is an age 55-plus active community located in the Prescott area, located  in the shadow of the Bradshaw and Mingus mountain ranges. The comfortable high desert summer climate with mild winter temperatures makes Orchard Ranch a year-round resort. For the RV enthusiasts we have shaded pull-thru, full hook-up sites. For others wanting a resort atmosphere we have park model rental units. Park models and manufactured homes are also available for sale. Amenities include laundry room, pickleball, horseshoes, library, pool and spa, card room, and exercise facility. Orchard Ranch offers Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates.
